The Philosophy

A quiet rebellion against throwaway service.

Most air duct cleaning companies treat your home like a transaction. Loud trucks, harsh chemicals, rushed work, and a printed invoice. We built Air Haven on a different premise: that restoring the air inside your home deserves the same care a craftsperson gives to a fine instrument — quiet, considered, documented, and chemical-light. We use HEPA-filtered negative-air machines so nothing escapes during the work. We use botanical sanitizers low enough in VOCs that you can return to the room within minutes. We photograph every duct, every register, every step. And we are NADCA-trained because we believe the standard exists for a reason — not as a marketing badge, but as a commitment to doing the work right.

The Studio

Built for the homes our grandchildren will inherit.

Air Haven was founded on a contradiction. The industry that promised to clean our homes was the same one filling them with bleach, foam, and chemicals strong enough to require ventilation for hours. We watched families forced out of their own houses by the very service meant to make them healthier — and we knew there had to be a quieter way.

For fifteen years we have specialized in one thing: restoring the air inside homes without compromising the air outside them. Our technicians are NADCA-trained because the standard exists for a reason. Our sanitizers are EPA-registered and botanical-derived because what touches your child's nursery should not also need a respirator. Our equipment is HEPA-filtered at the source because dust loosened during cleaning belongs in our truck, not your bedroom.

We don't run discount specials. We don't sell add-ons in your driveway. We don't pretend a job takes thirty minutes when it deserves three hours. What we offer is craft, documentation, and an unconditional guarantee — the work done right, photographed at every step, with the door closed quietly on the way out.

The Promise

Honest answers.

Anything we haven't covered? Reach out directly — there is always a human on the other end. Never a script.

What makes Air Haven different?

We are eco-conscious by design, not by marketing. HEPA filtration captures particulate at the source. Botanical low-VOC sanitizers replace bleach and harsh disinfectants. Every step is photographed. Our crews are NADCA-trained — not as a badge, but because the standard exists for good reason.

Is the process safe around children and pets?

Yes — entirely. Our botanical sanitizers are EPA-registered, low-VOC, and safe to return to the treated room within minutes. We use HEPA-filtered containment so nothing escapes during the work itself. We have cleaned homes with infants, toddlers, asthmatic children, and indoor pets for fifteen years without incident.

How often should I clean my air ducts?

NADCA recommends every three to five years for most homes. More frequently with pets, allergies, recent construction, or smokers. We will give an honest assessment — if your ducts do not need cleaning, we will tell you and schedule a courtesy reminder for the appropriate interval.

How long does a full home cleaning take?

A typical three-bedroom home takes three to four hours. Larger estate properties take longer. We provide a precise window when scheduling and do not leave until you are satisfied. Drop cloths, shoe covers, and a final walkthrough are standard.

What does it cost?

Every consultation is complimentary, and pricing is determined only after we have seen your system in person. We do not quote over the phone — a real number requires a real inspection. Once we provide a written quote, that is the number. We will not charge a dollar more than the written estimate.
